no news is good news...right?

I'm trying to balance the checkbook while holding the baby on my lap; begging my boobies not to leak all over the place.

I'm starving and need to clean the litter boxes and take a shower.

Harvey is refusing ta take a bottle from his dad (again!), so I did not get the extra hour of sleep I need so badly.

I need to wash diapers (at east I get to hang them at the garden, in the sun, now), put away winter clothes and organize our medicine chest Tupperware (something has leaked all over everything).

Who says being a stay at home mom is all Bon-bons and soap operas? (I don't know how in the hell working moms do it all. Three cheers to you, ladies!).

These are some of the reasons I don't get any exercise. I wish all this running around all day felt like enough exercise to set my mind and mood straight. I'm worn out and I feel flabby...bad combo for anyone.

Oh lady,
The first few months are hard. Trying to get used to juggling it all usually means we (mom) are the ones who go neglected. Do you have a bouncy seat or swing that Harvey likes? Or even a playpen with a mobile (e or no e?) to lay him in. I don't know what I would have done without a bouncy seat & playpen. At least then, even if they cry a bit you know they are safe and can get that shower. It will pass before you know it & he will be approaching his first birthday. Hope he takes a bottle soon!

Some days are just rough, especially the early ones. You're going to do great!

Best,
